I definetly will offer some alternatives based on what I have seen on this-snip-
thread. The issue is the programmers there have been there since the 1990's
and by the owners admission do not want to learn anything new. SO looking
at it from that angle. Please note that the industry knowledge they have is
significant, the learning curve to learn a new complex industry is not
trivial.
