In IBM i V7 LODRUN is enhanced to support DEV(*SAVF) and new parameter
SAVF(). So yes, by installing IBM i v7.

Good. Now we just need LODRUN to download *SAVFs from a centralized
repository. Apple has iTunes Store. Google has Play. Node has the Node
Package Manager (NPM). Ruby has GEMs. Python has PIP. They have simple
commands for both downloading packages from the Internet and installing
them.
