First I tried
SELECT * FROM qsys2.syscolumns WHERE COLUMN_NAME like 'LAST%'
Then I thinned that down to
SELECT * FROM qsys2.syscolumns WHERE COLUMN_NAME like 'LAST_USED%'

You may want to look at SYSTABLESTAT or SYSPARTITIONSTAT, keeping in mind
that "I believe" an IPL often resets these values.
