I wasn't criticizing you. You don't have anything to apologize for. I
didn't detail the entire history (or really any history) of the BIFF
format either.

Also, though I'm not too familiar with Sjögren's, I know how much
autoimmune diseases can suck. (I have one and my wife has a worse one.
She's actually scheduled to get an intravenous infusion today of her
immunosuppressant, which she has to get periodically.)

As you've seen, even just getting it diagnosed in the first place is
often a huge challenge. So believe me, you have my understanding and
best wishes.
