Interesting - I see now that the last version to have it was 6.1 - I gave the wrong name, too - IGNORE_DERIVED_INDEX is the right one - who know, maybe that'll actually work.

It was to be used only for whether to consider se.ect/omit or DYNSLT LFs by the optimizer. I think these days, there's no good reason to use it.
