Update on POI 3.12

As far as I can tell, POI 3.12 works great at 7.1 with the Java 1.626 32 bit JVM. Some adjustments to the necessary jars though. Here is my classpath and other environment variables:

BTW, RPGMail works nicely with this as well with the addition of the rpgmail and javamail jars.

I did make a few additions to the HSSF header file and service program if anyone is interested. I added several additional prototypes (sometimes just to the ss namespace, sometimes to both ss and hssf), and a few procedures including a border drawing procedure so you don't have to explicitly define a million styles just to get sane borders around your cells.
