10. Display installed licensed programs - 5770SS1 *ERROR *PRV CL Compiler Support Option 9

On my R&D LPAR, Just noticed this today, not sure which PTF caused the issue.
My other LPARS are ok.

5770SS1 *ERROR *PRV CL Compiler Support

Errors found by CHKPRDOPT.

*CMD CPYTOIMPF in QSYSV6R1M0 not found for product 5770SS1 option 0009
release V7R1M0.
Exit program processing found error in product.
Product 5770SS1 release V7R1M0 option 0009 load 5050 not correctly
installed.

Discovered CPYTOIMPF QSYSV6R1M0 owned by CM_GRP, not QSYS.
CHGOBJOWN QSYSV6R1M0/CPYTOIMPF to QSYS
This did NOT resolve the issue.

Any thoughts besides reinstalling option 0009?
