Rob,
The Distribution services and such will behave the same as they did before,
but at V4R2 we were able to programmatically grab control of what happened
when that limit was reached. Most folks just put out the message (I think
that's the default) but other customers will have a program that handles the
situation more elegantly.
The bigger problem we see now is with replicated systems, particularly
PowerHA. It can be nasty if the primary system goes down hard.

SST number are no longer performed and if you want such activities they are
done via the QSTGLOW* system values?
In years past the SST number would do things like shut down snads and
whatnot. Are you saying none of those actions are done at the SST number
anymore?
