What WSCST are you using? Xerox seems to recommend HP5SI, but it only has
the following in its drawer selection.

:DWRSLT
DRAWER=PAPER
DATA ='1B266C3248'X.
:DWRSLT
DRAWER=ENVELOPE
DATA ='1B266C3668314F'X.
:DWRSLT
DRAWER=DRAWER1
DATA ='1B266C3848'X.
:DWRSLT
DRAWER=DRAWER2
DATA ='1B266C3148'X.

So you can only call out PCL drawers of 2,6,8,1 respectively.

Is it possible that it knows there are only 3 drawers and because 4 is
not a valid choice it defaults? In other words, if you printed to
Drawer 3 would it perhaps work?
