Passwords don't need to be the same, I have had different owns. XxxSRVAUTE can be tricky though.

This would not be used with the PCs as far as I know unless you are doing a DDM function with the PC. I'll try it myself in the next few days to confirm.

QNTC would use the USERID and PWD to connect, so that is probably where they said it needs to be the same. I have experienced this issue myself.
