Again,  if the application queries the system catalog then library list 
may not matter a whit.  A system catalog is something that SQL Server has, 
in addition to IBM i's DB2.  Now, they may differ on what views and 
whatnot they publish.
I do not know if SQL Server uses RCAC on their system catalog.  IBM i's 
DB2 does not.
