Thanks gentlemen!

Since there's no variable data on the back page, and since I was able to
get someone to print it in the office, scan it, and email it to me, the
urgency has diminished.

However, I can see more work of this type in the future, and it would be
nice to be able to view the back page. I'll look into converting to PDF.
Charles, does this conversion happen after the spool file is created? At
v7.1, is this conversion built into the OS? Or is there some programming
required to accomplish this?

If you can convert AFPDS to PDF, that would probably be a better choice
than using the viewer. I my experience the view is pretty basic.

But IMHO, you can't build AFPDS reports without a AFPDS printer to test on.
