I just completed the upgrade from V7R1 on my second box. The first one I had no problems. This one will not start the QTVTELNET listener job. I get 4 QTVDEVICE jobs. At IPL the QTVTLNET job started and ran for about 22 seconds. Now it does not even start or log into the history log (DSPLOG job(QTVTELNET)

Any suggestions? Put on PTF's and CUMEs for July.
