RE: Set default journal to use on new files

There is a Data area called QDFTJRN that will hold the info for adding new files to the journal.

60 Char. Ours looks like this:
Value
Offset *...+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+....5
0 '#MXJRN PROD *FILE *CREATE *DTAARA '
50 '*CREATE '

Search IBM for QDFTJRN data area to find the exact layout.

Anyone know how to make a default journal get assigned to new tables
created in a library?

The library itself has its own journal, but new files are not getting
assigned to it.
