1 - I assume you ordered only SF99710 in that SNDPTFORD command? The help
seems to say it should be ordered separately like that.
2 - The dates and times of those three files displayed are current and not
from a previous attempt?
The only other hit for that error message with sndptford was from Jeff
Crosby but it was a much different situation:

Did you check the .txt file(s) to see if they give you a byte count? If
so, does this match the byte count on the other files? If you have a
match then you'll have to see if what you got will load and apply with
VFYIMGCLG. Otherwise you can try downloading again. And if it fails
again, open a ticket with IBM.
