Note: He wasn't calling the API directly. He was using this instead:

which is part of

DB2 for i Services
Utility Services

Sometimes it grinds me that all these "services" may be in different areas
of Infocenter, and, no, I am not pining for olden days of bookcenter or
whatever that was called. I've just resolved to look at the pretty
charts, find a possible name, and then search Infocenter for it's details.
