Now I can run acslaunch_win-64.exe by double-clicking it. But I
can't assign acslaunch_win-64.exe as the default for .hod files.
.hod says "unknown application" and, while I can browse and select
it doesn't work. I drill to it, but whether I double-click it or
click "Open" it does not work. I must be getting senile. I know.
I'll try
