configurations, HTTP vs HTTPS, # of server instances running (Tomcat,
HTTP), # of users competing for resources, other types of workloads which
may be competing for resources.

James, what do you mean by "fast" and "slow"? CPU time consumed? Network
latency? Stress test results?
