Are you entering a valid user ID and password for Service Tools? (This is different from IBM i remember!) Is that user enabled? Does that user have authority to work with disk units? Also is port 3000 listening on IBM i? Do you see the idle timer on that port reset to zero when you attempt to log in there, if it does not then you may have a firewall blockage.

I am not able to start any of the Service Tool functions from Navigator for i.

From the ACS menu I start Navigator for I.
Select Configuration and Service menu
Select Disk Units
I get the Service Tools login screen but nothing happens when I try to log on.
I am able to log on via green screen.
