By default, there are only four SST user ids.
A personal userid would not normally be used for SST.
Also, the SST userid passwords are limited to 8 characters, by default.

I tried the port 3000 and the change password level and still did not work.
Then I tried QSECOFR instead of my user ID and it worked.
Not sure why as I have same authority as QSECOFR, including SST authorities.
