developerworks? But they've really bollixed this up. You can get to
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/ibmi/find/downloads/ by
diligently staying within searches but if you then click on the link
for "IBM Journal Planning and Performance Analysis Tools" it goes
casters up.

"Casters up" with the 500 "Internal Server Error", because the link in that list of downloads is directed to the ibm.com/systems..., which like I suggested earlier is non-functional; i.e. the 500 error indicates that the server is [presently] kaput.
