Charles

I went digging after this information.

1. The readme.txt on the download page has the exact version - in this case, 1.1.4.3
2. In the ZIP file, in Documentation, is the readmespacs.txt - this describes the various service pack levels and gives date, but not the version of ACS
3. In the ZIP file, in Notices, are notices.html and notices.txt - these have the version down to the "major" modification level - 1.1.4

Click on the new 'Download..' link. Enter you IBM universal ID (ANYONE
can get one of these) You are taken directly to the official build with
the real license in it!!! We have greatly simplified the process of
getting the product and future updates.

ACS Set up and Deployment - There is a new article out on develoerWorks

[2]https://ibm.biz/BdHrxs that covers many different ways to role out
ACS.
Either by a single user on a local system or if you want to role out a
single copy hosted on a network drive with many people using that single
copy.

Yes, you need to use the .exe programs in the StartPrograms directory
when
starting ACS, Otherwise, things are not going to work well.

Thanks

Tim,

Has the download naming scheme changed?

I just downloaded IBMiAccess_v1r1.zip from the link you provided...

But I also have a IBMiAccess_v1r1m4_Update2.zip I downloaded back in August.

Is there someplace in the zip file that I can see the full version so I can
keep the version straight?

Charles
