If you do the steps I outlined in iNav (not the Nav for I web UI), you'll see what I mean. Nav for I 7.1 won't even allow the steps I did in iNav.

Your steps are what I ended up doing in iNav.

What version of the OS?

I go to http://myibmi/2001
Database, Databases, Myibmi, Schemas, MySchema, Tables and select a table. I then select the Journaling action.
The check box is pretty plain to see

Try this in iNav:
-Expand [system]=>Databases=>[db]=>Schemas=>[schema]
-Click Journals
-Right-click on journal name=>Start or End Table Journaling

That allows you to start journaling, but you have no options to set.

Hi Justin,

Why are you forced to take the defaults?
There is one checkbox to select whether you want the before image or not.
There is another checkbox to select whether to include open and close entries or not.
I can select and unselect either of these.
I'm using IBM System i Navigator 7.1 with service pack SI56695.

I have not checked Access Client Solutions.
