Rob's reply had me recall that in addition to the above command, the following:

Of course, using the GO LICPGM menu [as suggested by Rob] vs command-line enables _selecting_ *BASE and OPTION(1) from a list, as what to restore; probably best to replace all of the currently installed options. And of course, as others have noted, applying the PTFs for the newly installed LPP and options is probably desirable for the best effects; that ensures any pre-requisite fixes, beyond just the pre-requisite existence of the features, are satisfied for the Zend software's utilization of what was just installed.
