I like my original Surface Pro, but the battery life and size (10.8") were hard on my eyes.
It's funny. I'm starting to go the other way. Bigger is better.

Anyone here using a Surfacebook yet ?
You knew you were going to get the Windows haters response by mentioning it on this list, didn't you?
My wife has been very happy with her Surface Pro, and she used to be an exclusive Macbook Pro user. The Surface Book is a different animal, one that I doubt either of us will get. For her, I think she's come to prefer a somewhat smaller device; and for me, I'm extremely, extremely, extremely picky about keyboards, touchpads, and screens.
It's entirely possible that there won't be any laptop that I can stand by the time I'm ready to buy one. I'll be the relic who only uses desktop computers and Kindles. (Well, I'm more-or-less that relic
already.)
I think if you are OK with the keyboard layout and can afford it, the Surface Book is an attractive option.
