First of all, pardon my English, it is not my native language. You are right, I have left out some parts of the program, for saving some time. We are in the middle of a handover progress, at the moment we need to use what we have, so creating Control Groups is not a solution yet.
At the beginning of the program, at the DCL section there is starting value for these two variables:

DCL VAR(&SAVLIBBRM1) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(02) VALUE('00')
DCL VAR(&RC) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(02) VALUE('00')

Also, there are other MONMSG statements within the program, with individual message IDs, so I guess that is the reason for not having MONMSG MSGID(CPF0000) at the beginning of it.
I checked the joblog, and both CPF415A and CPF3794 are Escape messages in it, with sev 40 an d 30 respectively. Maybe for some reasons these are never caught by the program.
