SELECT SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA, SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME, SYSTEM_TABLE_MEMBER
FROM qsys2/syspartitionstat WHERE ...

That worked for me on V5R4,

wasn't there. I'll figure out what PTF gives qsys2.syspartitionstat and ask
the owners of that box to install it.
