I've already looked through the job log for each job reporting an error
and there aren't any errors which haven't been accounted for. There are
only two types of errors, but my company currently has two PMRs open with
IBM regarding each, otherwise nothing. I've confirmed from colleagues who
have followed these steps before that this behavior is not normal and they
did not experience anything like this. I'm relatively new to IBM and am
not sure how to further troubleshoot the issue.
