Anytime someone replies to the list you can use your email program to show
details and see their email address and reply/forward to that. Their
email address will not be put into the archives.

There used to be a Turnover guy on this list and the WDSC list. He could
really make WDSC sing! He got sacked during one of their buyouts and went
off platform.

Are you telling me that they are still not 7.2 compatible?
Wait until iNext comes out and then start shopping around for a new
vendor. Make sure their software works on iNext. After all, you don't
want to get into the same position again with the new vendor.

Changing change management vendors ain't near as hard as changing ERP
vendors. Been there, done that.
