I was studying

In this case we would be TheirCo. However MyCo is not running IBM i.

I'm trying to figure out how to get their certificate into our certificate
store.

We can connect to them using FileZilla. If there's some way to export
their certificate out of that and import that into the DCM on IBM i I'm
all ears.
