Step-into in debug allows a program in debug mode to step into a
another program being called, without explicitly adding the called
program.

Sorry to say, but my not having ever found a need\use for /step/, I have little interest. I can only suggest to someone who might be interested, that they perform an empirical test [and then of course share their findings].
