Well that looks like it was built from the default "The standard template that no one bothers to change" template.

Its like the 80's and "page builder pro" all over again, but for the smart phone generation with durpal (sic) defaults.

It looks unprofessional, childish, and naff!

Yea, IBM has reached puberty!
