Sure. Either option is a valid workaround to me. We even have people in
our organization that prefer the command solution. I tend to prefer less
dependent objects, so I gravitate toward the parm manipulation route.

As I was reading the wiki, I actually thought about the workaround you
suggested, Darren. It borders on a kludge solution, IMO, YMMV, so I'm
going to create a command to handle this.
