We are using MS Exchange hosted by MS. I'm sending the email to a mail relay server locally on our network and then it forwards it to MS. I know we have some software that scans all of our outgoing email looking for SSN and other sensitive information so that it can encrypt it. I forget the name of it. However, encryption is not being done on my test emails.
