Let's say I found a website I thought needed updating. We'll use the
NetServer page for example.
Then I click way down on the bottom left for Contact. This routes me to
http://www.ibm.com/contact/us/en/?lnk=flg-cont-usen
On the Contact page I see a link there:
Support
General 'non-technical' questions, concerns, or Web-site feedback.
When I click on that I get
Our apologies…
The page you requested cannot be displayed
The "Our apologies" page also has a Get Assistance, and a Report this
Problem, button.
Both go back to the "Our Apologies" screen.
How do I report this?
