Presuming many things... Perhaps something similar to the following (untested).

Select h.*, d.*
from cstslshdr as h
inner join cstslsdtl as d
on d.customer = h.customer
and d.orderno = (select max(s.orderno) from cstslsdtl as s where s.customer = h.customer);
