First of all, don't use WRKACTJOB. Sometimes jobs that are running but
aren't 'actively' doing anything will not appear.
I would do WRKJOB QBRMBKUP.
Option 41 on that will allow you to blow it to kingdom come.
You might want to look at it's joblog first.
