No surprise here. It may not exist at time of compile, you may use a variable name, etc.
Monitor for CPF1031 - Subsystem does not exist.

Subject: error on STRSBS command in CL
If you prompt the STRSBS command in WRKMBRPDM in a CLP it does not
validate that the specifiec subsystem exists.
Nor does it do so in the compile.
Wondering why. Is there some elegant design element here?
