Not quite. The SAMBA on the IBM i consumes the Windows share (which can
have long names) and then the IBM i instance can get them from there.

For me it's got too many moving parts and is complicated to set up, not to
mention the security issues that QNTC/NetServer both are much better at.

So instead of using the usual windows process of creating long share names,
I use Samba on Windows to create long share names.
Do I still use QNTC to consume them or something else?
