Liam Allen has written an open source package manager for RPG called
RELIC. It can be found at
https://github.com/Club-Seiden/RelicPackageManager It's a bit early,
but it is functional and it does work to get source down from Github to
IBM i.

We still need a simple-ish way to get changes UP to Github... perhaps
this will be the push for someone to add that to RELIC?
