What are you then going to do with that CSV file?
- If you're going to import it into Excel there are ways to convert a file
directly into an Excel spreadsheet. Like SQL2XLS. Or rolling your own
using http://www.scottklement.com/presentations/#RPGHSSF or Python, or...
- If you're going to import that into SQLServer there are JDBC and other
ways of doing that.

There's a command I rather loathe but may work for you called CPYTOIMPF
which comes with the OS.

There's a more granular one, but does require some coding, you can use
http://www.scottklement.com/presentations/#RPGIFS
