Thanks for that link. It has some good reading on SNMPv3.

Prior to getting that we changed a few things.
CFGTCPSNMP
2. Work with communities for SNMP
2=Change on 'public'
Changed
Object access . . . . . . . . . OBJACC
from
*READ
to
*NONE

ENDTCPSVR *SNMP
STRTCPSVR *SNMP
And now our scans are not showing the hole caused by supporting the
earlier versions.
