Sorry, I missed the bit about iACS on NetServer (focused on 'local .HOD file').

Have you succeeded in running iACS from a share on OS/X? That would appear to me to be the first challenge.

Not that hard, really:

- Open Finder
- Find the .HOD file (on my system it's in: <user>/IBM/iAccessClient/Emulator)
- Double click the file; select the program to open it with
