Howdy Folks,

I have kind of an odd question I wanted to run past y'all.

After more than 25 years working on AS/400 (etc), I changed jobs about 6 months ago and am now working outside the IBM midrange arena, but I have an idea for a tool that I would like to explore. Are there any iSeries systems available with remote (VPN) access where I could experiment with my idea?
The company I work for now has a couple of tools that they've developed "on the fly" for specific customers to address the issue I'm wanting to experiment with, but they're very weak in their implementation and execution and I would like to try and improve them. At this point, I just want to try some things to see if they'll work, but I need a system I can do this on.
