... you would have to controll job startup by your own. The examples (I don't find it at the moment with a short lookup) are using a DataQ to synchronize dispatcher and clients, cleints are sending their job identifier and dispatcher is using takedescriptor() Api and starnting additional threads, if none free available. The clients are simply giving controll back at end of work.
