CCSID 65535 means NO CONVERSION!
You need your language CCSID for example 37 for US-English or 273 for
German.
Use an additional variable formatted with your CCSID.
Once converted into your CCSID you can save it in your column defined with
CCSID 65535.

following error:

My CCSID is 65535
can some one help me ?
