Normally when I get a survey from IBM I get as giddily happy as when my
kid comes home from school with a case of head lice. One of the main
reasons I block popups from IBM.

But one got through. This time though I was thinking "Great! I can tell
them how bad their sites suck and how much I detest the large print,
extraneous use of white space, etc!"
However, apparently their survey doesn't work with firefox and all I got
for a survey was a large white blank box with a big x in the upper right
corner.

But, maybe it does work with FF and that's IBM's way of saying "And you
think we give a care,... why?".
