I have an old power 5 520 that was running V7R1. I need to pull a library off of it. I have set it up in our lab and hooked a laptop up to HMC port 1. I have verified the IP address is 192.168.2.147 and can ping it. (Laptop set at 192.168.2.100)

I cannot browse to https://192.168.2.147 It times out after a minute. I need to get into ASMI so I can start the partition. Our HMC has been upgraded to support the Power 8 and will not support the power 5. What am I doing wrong?
