In a previous place of employment we were required to change any profile
with a higher level of authority (including QSECOFR) every 60 days. I had it
on my calendar, but sometimes it fell on a weekend, etc. or I simply missed
it and it didn't get change. I would walk in and my phone was ringing and a
few dozen emails because things were not working when the QSECOFR password
was disabled. Interestingly, we used a 3rd party software package that would
email a random generated password to the user profile. For QSECOFR this was
sent to someone else in the department who normally did not go with me to DR
drills.
