IBM insists that SI61076 is not defective.
Part of this I agree with. Perhaps the 'special instructions' may need
some updating but they're rather tired of hearing from me on this issue.
I duplicated the issue with ADDUSRSMTP. Put on the PTF using all of it's
special instructions. Tried the ADDUSRSMTP again and continued to have
the issue. Signed off/on again and the issue went away. Some program in
memory thing or some such thing.

The other issue they act as if they don't want to hear from me again on
is:

dspptf 5770tc1 si61076
6. PTF Objects
...
QTMSADDUSR
...

But
DSPOBJD OBJ(QTCP/QTMSADDUSR) OBJTYPE(*PGM) DETAIL(*SERVICE)
continues to show
Licensed program . . . . . . . . . . : 5770TC1 V7R3M0
PTF number . . . . . . . . . . . . . : SI58545

On some lpars, with slightly different PTF numbers, but with SI61076 also,
it will show SI59733 instead.
